Canvas has partnered up with mashmedia’s conference news, to help support venues across london and the UK. We are commited to doing all we can to encourage event organisers to book their meetings, events and conferences at partner venues throughout 2021. 

How does it work?

The scheme is simple and free for any planner to use as they wish. No commission, no hidden charges just a way for us to help drive new business to partner venues. 

The ‘Meet Out to Help Out’ scheme will be in place to help event planners find cost effective venue offers in order help facilitate the return of the events industry, and encourage more meeting and small business event bookings despite the restrictions that have been put in place.

The concept is simple; each signed up venue will produce a bespoke offering for anyone looking to book their services through the scheme. For any planner looking to run an event in 2021, the ‘Meet Out to Help Out’ effectively acts as a way to identify venue offers to redeem for cost-effective and safe meetings – encouraging everyone to take their meetings back to venues with the aim of restoring our industry to business as usual as soon as possible.

How can I take advantage of the deals?

Venues that are part of the scheme on Canvas will have a bespoke icon and search filter on Canvas so clients can filter those venues that are offering deals as part of the scheme.

Each partner venue will have a snippet of the deal that they offer on their venue page.

Venues that are part of the scheme will also have a profile on conference news – For venues to display the offer they currently have running for event planners, plus contact details to enquire about booking.
