Eventim Apollo
The Eventim Apollo in Hammersmith is hallowed ground for performers from the worlds of music and comedy around the world, but it is now also available for hire for all manner of different private and corporate occasions alike, and with its 1500-person capacity and fantastic acoustics, it’s easy to understand why. The beautiful art deco style harks back to the venue’s rich past, whilst the area’s namesake tube station – Hammersmith – can be reached in just 5 minutes.
Toro Gordo
Asian and Spanish may not seem like the most obvious pairing when it comes to food and décor, but that unique and surprisingly effective blend is exactly what you can expect to find at Toro Gordo, an independent venue also found in Hammersmith, little more than 5 minutes from Ravenscourt Park tube station. The restaurant has an incredible warmth to it, which coupled with the delicious food, exotic cocktails and DJs, make it a fun and welcoming space for up to 120 guests.
Arthill Gallery
Found on the ground floor of Lourdes Apartments, a converted church in West Kensington, Arthill Gallery is a venue where the newly renovated, super-modern interior sits in wonderful contrast to the charm and heritage of the exterior. With a capacity of 80, it’s perfect for a more low-key gathering, with scope for a greater level of personal flair when it comes to the hosting. West Kensington, West Brompton and Fulham Broadway are among the easiest to reach rail links within the surrounding area.
The Alex Fitch Room
The Alex Fitch Room is part of the War Memorial building at Harrow School, and is surely one of its most enchanting spaces. Steeped in history and a real sense of poignancy, the entirety of the wood-clad room’s authentic contents were generously donated by the Fitch family in memory of their son. Seating just 20 guests, it’s ideal for an intimate evening that is guaranteed to have a sense of precedence for all the wonder and fascination of its setting.
