With a grungy and industrial feel to it, the venue is a great space for a more relaxed event that work with its trendy vibes.

This is the Breakfast Club in Canary Wharf, a retro working men’s club and the famous Wigan Casino. With a 200 people capacity, it’s got a lot of space to play around with. And it’s got a giant custom-built disco ball as you go in – what more could you want?

Enoteca Rabezzana’s interior decor is absolutely to-die-for, from its open plan windows to its floor to ceiling patterned tiles; you won’t find many venues in London quite like it. This open space is ideal for relaxed events, just like a private party or coffee workshop. It’s large enough to host such an activity, yet small enough to be able to follow someone’s lead. You’ll be a top notch barista before you know it.

If you are looking for a really laidback feel to your coffee masterclass or coffee workshop, the gorgeous space at Folklore could be the place to host it. Often used to showcase arts, music and other performances, this boho Bethnal Green venue is a trendy bar and events space, complete with exposed brick and wooden interior – perhaps unsurprising for a venue in the hustle and bustle of Shoreditch and Hoxton.

Available for all sorts of events, Heist Bank has various rooms up for grabs – even a private Games Room which can host up to 60 standing, and it has its own self-serve bar which you can fill with all your favourite drinks. For those of you that aren’t feeling the Nintendo, there are number of other spaces available too. It can fit up to 350 people throughout the venue, and is particularly popular with smaller groups looking for a relaxed environment to enjoy themselves in.

Uncommon is an events space that can be, and has been used, for lots of events. Launch parties, corporate events, talks, workshops – you name it. It’s known as a co-working space but it’s a lot more flexible than that. Uncommon prides itself on its creative yet calm environment, ideal for a cool coffee masterclass or workshop. They have their own coffee lounge too, so it’s fair to say they know their coffee.
