The Space

Located in the heart of the City, is an inspiring backdrop for a wide range of events, offering versatile daytime and evening spaces. We have the perfect option for any event, whether it's an AGM in Terrace Galleries, a conference in the versatile London Ellipse Hall with bespoke LED 360 Display, or large launch party or filming Location.

We have hosted a range of events from conferences, meetings, networking events, award ceremonies, private dinners, Christmas and Summer parties. We can host private or Corporate events! 

For conferences, our Entrance Hall will be used as welcome, catering area and cloakroom area. It is also a great space to come for breaks and networking. All the guests will then move down to our London Ellipse Hall for the main conference.  As guests arrive in the London Ellipse Hall, they will be wowed by the 360 degree digital ellipse which can display twinkling night lights, a swaying chandelier effect or your own bespoke commission.

Our Terrace Gallery, Garden Room and Terrace Boardroom can be used as breakout or syndicate Spaces.

Our spaces;

London Ellipse Hall - This is an amazing space for drink receptions, sit down dinners and conferences. The London Ellipse Hall is defined by London’s only fully commissionable digital ellipse with integrated plasma screen.You can choose from endless possibilities of show states on the digital ellipse from a twinkling chandelier to a bespoke commission with dynamic film integration or interactive social media features.

Entrance Hall - Arriving in the striking Entrance Hall, guests will be greeted by our welcoming hosts. The contemporary open space with futuristic bar can be used before moving through to the London Ellipse Hall.

Terrace Gallery With flexibility of layout the Terrace Gallery can adapt to a number of events with capacity for up to 100 delegates in a theatre layout or 63 delegates in a cabaret layout with catering in the room.  The room comes with a projector, PA system and x1 microphone, and has direct access to a private garden, air conditioning and plenty of natural daylight.

Garden room - Meeting room with natural daylight, air conditioning and direct access to the garden. Perfect for daytime meetings and evening receptions. It can be used as a break out room for the Terrace Gallery, a separate catering area or as a meeting room in its own right.

Terrace Boardroom - The Terrace Boardroom is an exclusive room boasting a stylish archaeological display. It also has a built-in plasma screen which can be linked to a laptop for presentations.With natural daylight, air conditioning and direct access to the garden perfect for meetings of max 12 guests. It can be hired in conjunction with the Garden Room or the Terrace Gallery.

Weston Theater - The Weston Theatre is a purpose-built lecture theatre providing a high-spec venue for presentations and conferences (front projection) with a capacity for up to 230 delegates. It is fully equipped with PA, data projector, screen, podium, and an in-house technician. The theatre also offers full blackout facilities, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and wheelchair access.

As a not-for-profit organisation, all monies raised from events at at our venues are used to preserve the artefacts in our collections and the history of London for future generations.
