The Space
It is our premier event space, a sprawling ground-floor studio designed for maximum flexibility and impact. With a capacity to accommodate 200 seated or 300 standing guests, it's ideally suited for everything from large-scale exhibitions and product launches to intimate workshops and vibrant parties. A key feature is its seamless integration with a private courtyard, effectively doubling the usable space and offering outdoor extensions with food trucks and casual seating. The studio boasts practical amenities like a kitchen area, a dedicated seating zone, and the raw aesthetic of grey-painted concrete floors, creating a versatile backdrop for diverse events. Direct road access via the car park further enhances its appeal, making Studio 3 a highly sought-after venue for product launches, screenings, art pop-ups, seminars, and even TV and photo shoots, thanks to its independent access and adaptable nature.
