The Space

Situated in the Moorelands building, an old textile factory from the turn of the century, located in the heart of Clerkenwell at the junction of Old Street and Goswell Road. It's just a 5-minute walk away from the Barbican and a 10-minute walk from the Old Street roundabout.

The venueoffers two floors, each with its own unique style and design. It can host up to 110 guests for a seated meal or accommodate up to 200 guests for a standing reception. The upstairs level, called the Tap Room, has high ceilings and benefits from large Crittall windows on either side that flood the space with natural light. The industrial aesthetic gives the space a modern, relaxed vibe. Upstairs also features a large courtyard area that is very busy during the summer months and can be used for events as part of full venue hire.

The downstairs events space - Wine room, maintains the industrial aesthetic, with white-washed walls adorned with hanging plants and ample natural light. This space also has its own bar area, making it ideal for various functions, from board meetings and brand activations to weddings. AV equipment is available, and all furniture is fully movable. The Wine Room can be hired separately and can accommodate up to 65 guests for a sit-down meal or up to 110 guests for a standing reception.

The venue offers a wide range of catering options, from coffee and tea service with pastries to canapés, bowl food, and 3-course set menus, making it an ideal venue for any event. Contact us to see how we can assist with your event!
