Here at RPS we offer a variety of events, such as team away days, product launches, exhibitions, networking events, conferences and more. Our blank canvas venue offers the event organisers to transform the space into something that is unique to their event. 

Full day conference DDR includes the following:

Pricing starts at £35 + VAT per person depending on group size.

Room hire: Events space (Main meeting room), The Allen room (organisers office or Personal calls), The Hub (Catering and refreshments)

Catering and refreshments for morning hires:

Arrival tea and coffee with biscuits, whole fruit, fruit juice and mini pastries. 
Mid-morning break: Selection of tea and coffee with biscuits and whole fruit

Catering and refreshments for afternoon hires:

Arrival Lunch (Hot fork buffet or Cold lunch) with selection of tea and coffee with biscuits, whole fruit and crisps.
Mid-afternoon break: Selection of tea and coffee with biscuits and whole fruit.

Optional breakfast options can be added on for £18 + VAT per person.

The room include the following: 

Access from 8.30am to 5.30pm. A dedicated event manager from the planning to the execution on the day. Comprehensive AV. The Events Space has a large plasma screen, 2x relay screens, built in speakers, handheld, lapel and table-top microphones, high speed Wi-Fi, Hybrid meeting compatible. The RPS Suite has a large plasma screen and 2 relay screens.
