The Coin Street Conference Centre, located in the heart of London’s South Bank, is an ideal venue for hosting conferences, events, and meetings of all sizes. The venue offers a combination of modern, flexible spaces, suitable for a wide range of events, from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences. When hiring the whole venue, you have access to all rooms, offering a seamless, well-equipped environment for a large and dynamic event.

Here’s an overview of the key spaces at the Coin Street Conference Centre and their features:

1. The South Bank Suite

This is the largest and most versatile room in the Coin Street Conference Centre. It can accommodate up to 170 people in a theatre-style setup, making it perfect for keynote speeches, large presentations, and plenary sessions. The room is fully equipped with state-of-the-art AV technology, including a projector, microphones, and sound system. Large windows flood the room with natural light, and the neutral decor makes it adaptable to a wide range of event styles.

Capacity: 170 (theatre-style), 100 (cabaret-style), or 36 (boardroom). Features: Natural light, full AV setup, flexible seating arrangements. 2. Neighbourhood Room

A multi-purpose room that can accommodate up to 60 guests, the Neighbourhood Room is ideal for mid-sized workshops, seminars, or break-out spaces during larger conferences. The room’s contemporary design and abundance of natural light create an inspiring atmosphere for interactive sessions. This space is perfectly used for catering and networking.

Capacity: 120 (theatre-style), 78 (cabaret-style), 39 (boardroom). Features: AV equipment, flexible seating, abundant natural light.

3. Southbank Suite

With a capacity of up to 84 delegates in a cabaret style seating arrangement, this spacious suite is situated on the lower ground floor. Although there is no natural daylight, the area is well-lit and offers a tranquil ambience, featuring high ceilings and adjustable lighting. this room also has a divider which can slit the room in half, perfect for workshops.Additionally, you have access to a large private foyer, which is used for serving refreshments and as a networking space. There is also an adjoining syndicate room to the Suite, accommodating up to 20 boardroom. 

AV Included: Ceiling projector with screen, laptop, WIFI, and a PA system with up to 6 microphones (including? 1 x lapel), inbuilt webcams and speakers to facilitate hybrid meeting via Teams or Zoom
