The Space

The South Bank Suite offers flexible solutions for small group workshops to large conferences. Situated at basement level, the suite benefits from a high ceiling, bright lighting, and complete privacy. The South Bank Suite has dual 1080p projectors, PA system including up to 6 microphones and 4 high-definition hybrid capable cameras – making it the perfect space to hold your in person or hybrid meeting.

The Suite includes a large private foyer that can be used to serve refreshments, and a third syndicate room, South Bank 3, is attached, which can provide seating for up to 20 people boardroom style. A divider can be added to the room to split the room into two smaller spaces.

1. Away Days

The South Bank Suite offers a fresh and engaging environment for company away days. Its spacious design and flexible seating arrangements allow for a mix of formal and informal activities, team-building exercises, and brainstorming sessions. With large windows letting in plenty of natural light and an open floor plan, it provides a relaxed yet professional atmosphere, perfect for employees to step away from their usual work environment and foster creativity and collaboration.

Large, open space for movement-based activities or breakout sessions. Nearby garden access for outdoor activities or lunch breaks. 2. Conferences

For larger corporate conferences, the South Bank Suite is ideal, with a capacity of up to 160 people in a theatre-style setup. This makes it perfect for keynote speeches, panel discussions, and networking sessions. The room is equipped with state-of-the-art AV technology, including a high-quality sound system, projection equipment, and microphones, ensuring seamless presentations and communication throughout the event.

For more formal meetings, the South Bank Suite can be configured into a boardroom-style arrangement, making it a perfect space for executive meetings, strategy sessions, or leadership retreats. Its large size allows for social distancing if necessary, while the integrated AV system is ideal for video conferencing, presentations, and live discussions.

The suite's flexible layout makes it an excellent choice for workshops of various types. Whether you're conducting a skills development seminar, a training session, or an interactive learning experience, the space can be rearranged to suit your needs. Cabaret-style seating is ideal for group activities, while the room’s size allows for multiple workstations or breakout areas.
