Set in the creative heart of Hackney, MOTEL is a cornerstone of the arts, media and fashion community. MOTEL hosts product launches, networking events, conferences and live streaming events for discerning brands seeking an enchanting, elegant, urban venue. Our unique spaces blend Victorian London industrial chic with mid century style and luxury.

The flexibility and interconnected nature of our spaces has made us the venue of choice for leading brands and blue chip corporations.Our Mid Century approach to interior design places us at the heart of old and new Shoreditch.

Access 9am-Midnight

Studio 1: 

Hire fee: £3450 + VAT Up to 250ppl standing/ 150ppl in theater layout/150ppl seated meal

Studio 2:

Hire fee: £2950 + VAT Up to 180ppl standing / 90ppl in theater layout / 90ppl seated meal

Studio 3:

Hire fee: £2950 + VAT Up to 180ppl standing/ 90ppl theatre layout/ 70ppl seated meal

Studios 1&2: £5100 + VAT

Studios 1, 2 & 3: £6800 + VAT

Services Included:

Client Access: 9am-Midnight Including set up and de-rig. Guest Access: 6pm-Midnight (Bar Closure 11pm) A dedicated and experienced event co-ordinator. Venue Staff onsite throughout your day. Cleaning and Waste Disposal (Up to 1 x 1100 litre bin) Cloakroom Facility. Ambient wireless sound system in each room. All MOTEL furniture as seen during site visit. In House PA.
