The Space

The Cooks’ Room at Hawksmoor Borough is a unique private dining room with its own open plan kitchen. The kitchen has copper counters, and the walls are covered in reclaimed tube tiles and an impressive collection of cook books from our favourite chefs and restaurants lines the kitchen shelves. A large rectangular table made of wood and copper accommodates up to 18 people, there are four additional counter seats which overlook the kitchen bringing maximum capacity to 22.

Charged with imagining what the ultimate Hawksmoor meal would look like, our Executive Chef Team have created a unique Beef Feasting menu which is only available in The Cooks’ Room where the chefs will be cooking in front of you as you dine and will talk about dishes as they are served. Alternatively, if you and your guests would prefer the room to yourself and want to enjoy the ultimate menu of classic Hawksmoor dishes, we have three sharing menus also available.

Cocktail receptions are available on arrival, and our team can also suggest wine pairings that are tailored to your choice of menu.
