The Space

Jack’s Mill lies sandwiched between the Grand Union canal and the Colne River, about 12 miles from Heathrow and 13 miles from central London. It has a large capacity function room, catering kitchen, reception rooms, luxury accommodation and stunning grounds and views.

The main venue room is 16.7m x 7m. Three of the walls are predominantly floor to ceiling glass windows or doors, giving a 270 degree panoramic view of the stunning 7 acre grounds. On the remaining wall there is a beautiful huge open fireplace, with wood available to fires. There is underfloor heating underneath the oak floor. The adjoining large catering kitchen is available to dry hire, or we can arrange catering for events. There are tables, chairs, crockery and cutlery to cater for 60 people, and more with enough notice.

Upstairs there are 7 luxury bedrooms of which 5 are ensuite and the other 2 share a bathroom. The rooms can be arranged with up to 13 beds sleeping up to 20 people.

The grounds are all private, with the River Colne running through the land and with the large Troy lake next to it. The beautifully kept grounds offer a mixture of soft lawn and wild nature, with mature trees, and charming features. The area attracts a broad mixture of nature, especially water birds.

The site is situated in a beautiful conservation area with few local residents and feels rural whilst being within a short cab ride from Uxbridge tube station on the Piccadilly and Metropolitan lines, as well as overground train stations
