The Space

The Upper Room provides the ideal dry-hire space for your away day, conference or panel event. Complete with state-of-the-art AV and the exposed brick walls, industrial windows & high ceilings provide the modern aesthetics to match.

Lay out tables in cabaret style for 100 across the 1700 sq ft space, or seat your guests in theatre style to fill the room for 200, with full accessibility and a small kitchenette to support them throughout the day. Our tech team is ready for presentations, panels, live music, live streaming, recording or a hybrid of all. Just ask.

We’re 2 minutes from King’s Cross, St Pancras station. We’re fully accessible across two floors and, when we’re not hosting you, your hire helps us serve the local King’s Cross communities. The ground floor of the building provides a home for community activities & specialised services supporting people from all walks of life, including a debt centre, support for refugees and asylum seekers, a therapy clinic for those with additional needs, family support & help for those within the criminal justice system. Every booking fuels this ongoing story of new life.
