The recipe for The Perseverance starts with a passion for fine alcohol, expertly blended with contemporary mixology, finished with a sprig of tradition and served in a tall glass of good times. We are proud to offer a curated library of some of the rarest spirits sourced from local London distilleries and spirit makers from the farthest corners of the globe. Our cocktail menu features a wide array of timeless classics, as well as a collection of imaginative modern twists and signature creations, such as our delicious Bessie Smith, a bourbon based cocktail with hints of sticky toffee moonshine and hints of cherry, or the amazing Frank Sinatra, a tequila based cocktail with notes of the tropics blended to the perfect balance of sweetness.
