Welcome to the home of The Film and Television Charity. We invite you to come and enjoy our event spaces. We offer a combined package that includes our lower ground floor and our ground floor space together, so that you can make the most of multiple layouts for your event. You might want to hold your formal meeting in the lower ground floor and then at the end of the day move up to our informal ground floor area for drinks, snacks and networking.
Our ground floor is a cafe style area, which can be opened up and configured to allow more space for standing, with its own outdoor space. This area is perfect for networking events, drinks receptions, mixers, filming and so much more. This space is great for up to 60 guests, though will also seem intimate and comfortable for smaller groups too. It has a large 65" screen TV with a separate PA / music system and a choice of seating and tables to meet your needs. The area also has kitchen facilities and is directly accessible from the street through our reception area.
Our lower ground floor event space has our beautiful and private lower ground floor space which can be configured to your needs; boardroom style, theatre style, seminar style or a more informal lounge style. It’s great for meetings, formal or informal, script readings, presentations and so much more. You'll have exclusive use of the ante-room too, which has its own seating area and kitchen. The space has its own toilets and is fully accessible for wheelchair users. Maximum seating capacity is 40, being 28 at the table and 12 further around the side.
At the rear of the main space are the large bi-fold doors which open right out to allow fresh air and light in. We have a 4k projector and 2.5m wide projector screen which is fully MS Teams enabled, or Zoom, with wireless microphones / speakers and 3 cameras. We also have a 65" mobile TV screen.
All hire fees go directly to supporting those working behind the scenes in film and television. Thank you.
