A unique modern quiet Penthouse, with floor to ceiling windows and amazing views of the City. Amazing in the day but even more amazing at night. One of it's kind in Dalston.

The Penthouse is large enough to host around 15-18 people. So perfect for more intimate gatherings. The floor is a minimalist versatile space that can be arranged in a variety of ways whether you’re hosting a meeting, seminar, influencing, photo shoots, filming, tasting, product launch. If there is anything specific we can try and accommodate where we can.

As well as dry hire, we can also create a fully bespoke service for your event - everything can be arranged internally such as, barista coffee, photographer event staff, etc on request. The first floor is available and has a large open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, with a tall ceiling and plenty of natural lighting. There is a bathroom accessible on this floor. One floor up and there is a private roof top access which gives a uninterrupted 360 degree view of London. The Penthouse is right next door to Dalston Kingsland overground Station.
