Open-plan with a central bar and modern yet grand double staircase. The Lower Ground Floor fuses bold tiling with soft exposed brick and vibrant lighting to create a striking setting for memorable events.


Flexible layouts accommodate up to 360 guests seated and 400 guests standing. Designed with events in mind, the Lower Ground Floor features a built-in 5m x7m stage and cutting-edge audio visual facilities including customised lighting, 6 x LCD TV screens surrounding the central bar, 10 x optional LCD TV screens surrounding the room and 2 x HD Projectors. Play music videos, branding, presentations or stream whats happening on the stage live to all screens or split channels and display mulitple options across selected screens. A stunning, contemporary venue with bespoke branding options for a variety of events including private parties, production hire, brand activations, celebration dinners and product launches.
