The Space

Perfume Works, a working vacant warehouse with additional back of house support space in North London, Perivale.  The site features two spacious, pillarless stages, each spanning 9,000 sqft (837 sqm). The site boasts a generous ceiling height of 37.7ft (11.5m) and a working height of 31ft (9.5m), providing ample vertical space for large scale set design. Perfume Works has been recently equipped with a new power unit in Chamber 2, and the two substations located on-site offer reliable and sufficient 400-amp 3-phase power.

The covered loading bays and full height loading doors ensure for smooth and efficient movement of equipment and props. The self-contained rear yard provides a secure space for delivery, loading and technical needs.

To facilitate on-site operations, Perfume Works has 14,300 sqft (1,300 sqm) of support space spread across three floors. The office space offers varying room sizes, providing flexibility for different event needs.

With a comprehensive range of facilities and amenities such as parking, Wi-Fi, drive-in access, and easy loading, this site provides an optimal production environment for events.

Situated near Perivale station, located on the Central Line, Perfume Works enjoys convenient transportation links into and from Central London.
