The Space

The Flipper’s restaurant, "Hot Dogs & Caviar" is located on our Ground Floor. A 200 capacity seated restaurant or a 500 capacity party spot, the restaurant area features adaptable seating for social events. This level is also equipped with a full bar, professional kitchen and service area.

This space pays homage to the original & legendary Flipper's restaurant, infusing every detail with a sense of nostalgia and sophistication. Our expansive bar features a remarkable array of beers, cocktails & wines to really get the party started. Bespoke food and drink menus can be created with our team to complement your event, ensuring that every sip is as memorable as the occasion itself.
