We have a range of meeting rooms available for hire across our portfolio of event spaces and offices
Accommodating groups from 1-12 people and available hourly or for longer hires, our expertly run meeting rooms offer a peaceful environment for teams to gather and create.
For events which require a group of spaces for participants to use throughout the day, has a number of small meeting spaces, accessible from the main space which can also be booked.
From writer’s rooms to executive meetings, interviews to talking heads. Our meeting rooms are tranquil spaces designed with flair to inspire collaboration, concentration and a change of scene that invigorates the whole team.

Superfast fibre wifi,
Self service teas and coffees,
Our excellent onsite team available to ensure the smooth running of your meeting.
The Garden Room can also be booked as a stand alone meeting space. It is the perfect room for meetings, interviews and small corporate away days. The meeting room table seats up to 12 people, with a 75" Smart TV Screen and video conferencing kit available for your use. Catering and refreshments are provided by the onsite team with a concierge available to greet your guests and ensure the smooth running of your day. Communal kitchen available within the main office. Access via stairs only on a mezzanine floor.
The Hub Room features an 8-seater table, and a 55″ Smart TV Screen with video conferencing kit available of request.
Available on weekdays between 8am to 6pm. Half day hire rate available for 9am to 1pm or 1.30pm to 5.30pm. Early or late access could be considered upon request.
Catering and refreshments are provided by the onsite team.
The hire fee includes tea, coffee and water, and there is additional catering available upon request, which can include fresh cafetière coffee, breakfast pastries, and sandwich and bowl lunches.
A conferencing kit, whiteboard and flipcharts are also available upon request as are additional breakout/phonecall spaces, subject to availability and prior booking.
