The SHAPE Room is perfect for those seeking a modern conference space that can accommodate up to 125 guests. With an elegant color scheme of cream, stone, and light wood, it can be customized to suit your specific needs and offers abundant branding opportunities. It is a self-contained space with a private entrance, registration area, separate green room, and a nearby cloakroom. Additionally, if you require extra space for networking, exhibitions, or drinks receptions, the SHAPE Room works seamlessly with the adjoining Mall Room. This flexible space is essential for full-day or evening events with audiences larger than 70 guests.

Named after the acronym for Social Sciences, Humanities, and the Arts for People and the Economy/Environment (SHAPE), the SHAPE Room is a tribute to these collective subjects. The term was coined by The British Academy, the UK's leading institution for humanities and social sciences, to emphasize the importance of these fields.
