The Space

We are a flexible use, versatile event space & bar nestled in the heart of . We're based within a Brutalist-era industrial building, that we have completely transformed for an exciting new lease of life. 

The space boasts a raw concrete aesthetic, bold industrial columns & high ceilings. It is composed of 3 spaces; a large 9,000 square feet main events space; a smaller 4,000sq/ft bar area and finally an external courtyard area that is covered by a large stretch tent & heated.

Across the venue, we have two fully licenced bars (with a third one available as an option in our courtyard for outdoor events); industry leading sound & light infrastructure (Funktion One 4-point system in our main events space); loading bay area; green room & production area, in-house kitchen & catering facilities and a flexible design that lends itself to a wide range of uses. 

Designed with adaptability at it's core, the venue can accommodate everything from ticketed large-scale music events of up to 1,600 people, to corporate bookings (product launches, brand activations) to live music, to smaller, intimate private bookings. It offers multiple branding opportunities & huge potential for customisation,  with the onsite team committed to working alongside anyone hiring the space to ensure that your vision can be brought to life.
