Ground Floor
The Book Club's Ground floor is a converted Victorian Warehouse. Popular with meetings, co-workers and lunches during the day because of it's airy and open feel, it plays host to ever-changing quarterly art exhibitions, keeping it on Shoredtich's map as one of its most iconic venues.
By night its slightly darker side comes out - the lights dim and the music gets cranked up to host thirsty and hungry revelers. It is a great venue for anything involving networking and hearty, delicious food and drink and music. It's also an ideal floor to have as part of overall venue hire at Christmas.

Basement
On weekdays and daytimes, steer away from the limp sandwiches and harsh lighting of stuffy conference centres and hire our basement event space for your meeting or away day. Bookings of under 30 can eat upstairs and there are great buffet and platter menus for larger groups.

At nightime, this flexible event space holds everything from TED talks to club nights. It's often unavailable for general hire during the week due to programming, but it's a brilliant venue to throw a mean Woodlandia-themed Christmas party for up to 250 guests with its own dancefloor, DJ booth, bar, cloakroom and bathrooms all located on one level.
