The Space

Contemporary design meets Victorian heritage at The Stanely Building, ideally situated next to King’s Cross station. Host parties, networking events and more in the lounge spaces or enjoy parties alfresco on the roof terrace. Our work to modernise The Stanley Building preserves a piece of history – it’s one of the country’s last examples of Victorian accommodation for railway workers. Alongside Studio Downie Architects and Wells Mackereth, we built a modern, wrap-around extension that respects the building’s original core and creates a one-of-a-kind event venue. Within the vibrant surroundings of King’s Cross, you’ll find The Stanley Building. Located just minutes away from one of the best-connected transport hubs in London, your guests will enjoy easy access to the venue thanks to a number of London Underground, National Rail, Eurostar and bus links from King’s Cross station. 

Please note standard rates apply weekdays 07:00-18:00 and events held after 18:00 or at weekends are subject to additional costs. All prices exclude VAT.
