The Space

Welcome to our premier events venue located in Dagenham East, on the historic May & Baker site and adjacent to the new Eastbrook Film Studios.  We have a range of dynamic spaces for hire, in a private and secure location. Our venue features an adaptable Event Hall, iconic Light Tunnels and four meeting rooms.

The site and the dynamic Light Tunnels have featured on-screen in Doctor Strange, Heart of Stone, Avengers, Black Widow, Top Boy, Red Eye and Bulletproof.

We’re conveniently located only a 5-minute walk from Dagenham East Station (0.3 mile - District Line), 2 miles from the A13 and 15 minutes from M25 J31.  We also have ample on-site parking and are fully wheelchair accessible. Facilities include our on-site café ‘the Lab’, a Costa Coffee and a Travelodge.

Our on-site events team work closely with you to ensure your event runs seamlessly (including booking, security, parking, facilities and bar service*) and our in-house Catering team deliver innovative and on-trend menus showcasing global cuisines*.

Whether it’s a conference, exhibition, brand launch, corporate meeting, networking, awards dinner, cultural event, photo-shoot, wedding or a private party we look forward to welcoming you and creating an event to remember.
