The Space

Designed by renowned architect Spencer Fung this sophisticated mid century modern photographic and film studio  and penthouse is in the heart of fashionable Clerkenwell, London, EC1. It is minutes from Farringdon's fantastic rail and underground links including the Elizabeth lin. The space includes concrete and walnut floors and concrete and corian work surfaces.   Sliding doors divide the space, the walls are natural plaster, daylight floods in on 2 sides on the studio floor through traditional Crittal wharehouse windows and from every direction in the penthouse.  The penthouse is surrounded by a 1000 sq foot terrace with a further expansive roof teraace with views accross the city.  A great event space for meetings, workshops, corporate events and sophisticated parties. We can eating and tables for 35 but can accomodate many more.  Standing room for 200 over two floors.  And the idea place for a lifestyle fashion shoot, a celebrity portrait shoot, film location or a music video.
