The Space

A working reservoir in Manor House, closed to the public for almost 200 years, is now a beautiful urban wetland nature reserve and the perfect location to say 'I do'. 

Begin your special day with an outdoor ceremony on the lawn where we are fully licensed to host weddings and civil partnerships, followed by a drinks reception. If you would prefer an indoor setting, The Coal House provides an intimate space for you and your guests to gather (capacity permitting).

The canopy is the ideal location for your wedding breakfast with the reservoir in view. Whether you are looking for a formal 3 course meal or a relaxed food station service, our list of approved caterers will be able to assist with every detail. The canopy also provides a wet weather option for larger ceremonies. 

The Grade II listed building is the perfect venue to dance the night away with your nearest and dearest You will also have exclusive access to the roof terrace (max capacity 20) to take in the panoramic views of the reservoirs. Here you can enjoy a private drink with guests or take some time out of your day for photographs in front of this incredible backdrop.
