The Space

This adaptable venue offers eight distinct spaces, ideal for events of any size, from intimate meetings to expansive conferences. Equipped with a professional kitchen and a charming internal courtyard, it's designed to meet all your event requirements. Housed in a beautifully preserved mid-century industrial building, the former Hackney Gazette, it's a popular choice for creative professionals, regularly hosting events and photo-shoots for renowned brands and celebrities.

For optimal versatility, we suggest:

Studio 1: An excellent space for conferences, workshops, screenings, presentations and art events. Features its own private kitchen space and original parquet wooden flooring. Capacity: Seated 80, Standing 120. Can be combined with Studio 2, creating a seamless flow across the entire top floor. Filled with natural light. Studio 2: A bright, naturally lit space ideal for conferences, fashion shows, workshops, presentations, private lunches and dinners and brand launches. Includes a break room with it's own kitchenette, hair backwash, shower, and two independent toilets. Capacity: Seated 100, Standing 150. Studio 3: Our largest space, perfect for exhibitions, product launches, conferences, screenings, workshops, presentations, yoga/sport day retreats and parties. Direct access to the courtyard, facilitating indoor-outdoor events with the possibility to add a food truck, food stall and tables. Direct road access via the car park. Capacity: Seated 200, Standing 300. Studios 4 and 4A: A highly adaptable space featuring a large stage area, ideal for screenings, presentations and conference workshops. Double-height ceilings and ground-level access. Combined capacity: Seated 150, Standing 250. Studio 4A includes three breakout rooms, a kitchen, and a private bathroom. Step-free access and an inclusive toilet facility. Studio 4A: Ideal for small business solutions or companies needing a London pied-à-terre. A dedicated meeting room, suitable for workshops, meeting lunches, and presentations. Includes two office spaces, a green room, independent access, kitchen, and toilet facilities. Studios 5 and 5A: Our most versatile spaces, ideal for smaller gatherings, pop-ups, conferences, workshops, private dining, weddings, engagement parties, and art exhibitions. Benefit from an independent entrance and accessible toilet. Combined capacity: Seated 60, Standing 100. Often combined with Studios 4 and 6 for larger multi-space events. Studio 6: A ground-floor level space, perfect for small-size conferences, workshops, presentations, screenings, breakout rooms, and meeting rooms. Capacity: Seated 40, Standing 60.

Courtyard:

A versatile outdoor space perfect for break out areas, food trucks, and social gatherings. Provides a relaxed and urban outdoor atmosphere. Weather protection options are available upon request. Catering:We offer two delicious catering options with international and fusion menus, paired with a curated beer and wine selection, or elevate the experience with our bespoke cocktail menu. Technical Facilities: Stages, Projectors, sound systems, and lighting equipment are available for hire. Please contact us for a detailed list of available equipment. Parking and Transportation: Limited parking is available on site. The venue is well-served by public transportation,a 2-minute walk from Haggerston station, 20 minutes from Liverpool Street, and with numerous bus stops within a minute
