The Space

Hackney Town Hall offers sumptuous grandeur for a range of events in a sought after Art-Deco style. The graceful double staircase leads to the beautifully restored Assembly Hall with a vast array of original features including the imposing 1930's chandeliers and original sprung dance floor. Accommodating up to 550 standing for a reception, the large main space can then be broken down into three smaller rooms, with the original floor-to-ceiling partitions, great for hosting more intimate events. The space is incredibly flexible and suits product launches, fashion shows, dinners, receptions, parties and press events.

For business clients, both the entire space and three smaller spaces are equipped with state of the art AV facilities and conference style furniture. The adjoining Bridgetown Bar, decorated in dark wood and marble fixtures, evokes the feel of an exclusive gentlemen's club. This space is perfect as a private bar or VIP green room. Excellent AV support, along with dedicated events management is included in the hire cost, both elements ensuring a professionally run event and memorable day.
