The food service is provided by specialist caterer CH&Co who design, plan and cater the venue’s events with attention to detail, ingenuity and imagination. CH&Co create seasonal menus using sustainably and ethically sourced ingredients and buys from small, local, independent suppliers where possible. Resident Head Chef, Stuart Cooper, is a highly experienced professional who is extremely passionate about designing and delivering menus.
